PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS - 14 DAY TRIAL

Members will be required to enter credit card details upon commencement of their 14 day FREE trial, but will not be billed within the 14 day period. Once the 14 day period  has passed, you will be billed weekly at $9.99 for access to the premium site. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to the cessation of the 14 day trial,  as stated in the terms and conditions you accepted upon signing up for your Rose Fit account. Should you not wish to continue with your membership. Steps on how to cancel your subscription are clearly outlined below.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY + HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ROSEFIT SUBSCRIPTION

If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time, and it is your responsibility to cancel your account in a timely manner, the easy to follow steps are outlined below.

  • Login in to your account.
  • Click on the Avatar in the top right of the page.
  • Select Settings from the dropdown.
  • Click Billing Info in the top right of the page
  • Depending on the Offer you wish to cancel and the payment method used to purchase the Offer, you can cancel their subscription through Stripe, our payment portal.

    • Select the Cancel button:

    After you click Cancel, you will be prompted to confirm your cancellation:

Once confirmed, you will lose access to your Rose Fit Subscription at the end of the current billing cycle. 

Subscriptions are billed weekly, on the date corresponding to your subscription commencement - i.e if you commenced on 7/08/2020 your billing cycle is the week commencing 7/8/2020 -13/08/2020, and you need to cancel on or before 13/08/2020 to avoid being billed for the following week. If you cancel later than this, you will automatically be billed the next weekly cycle and subscription will cease at the end of the new week cycle.
